@dayanabakes: This was a hit 🤤✨ One Pot Chicken Alfredo Tortellini 🍗🧀 Ingredients * 2 chicken breasts, cubed * 20 oz four-cheese tortellini * 10 oz roasted garlic Alfredo sauce * 1 cup heavy cream * 1 cup chicken broth * 2 tbsp butter * 2 handfuls fresh spinach * ½–1 cup freshly grated Parmesan * Fresh parsley For the chicken * Salt & pepper * Garlic powder * Onion powder * Italian seasoning * A little chicken bouillon Instructions 1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and chicken bouillon. Cook in a little olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same pan, add butter and a little minced garlic. Sauté briefly. 3. Add the Alfredo sauce, then pour the heavy cream into the empty Alfredo jar, shake, and add it to the pan. Repeat with the chicken broth. 4. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and a little extra Italian seasoning. 5. Add tortellini, cover, and simmer according to package directions, stirring occasionally. If sauce seems to dry add more heavy cream or Alfredo sauce, I was out so I added about 1/2 cup more of chicken broth. 6. Add chicken and spinach. Stir until spinach wilts. 7. Stir in Parmesan until creamy. Top with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. #EasyRecipes #easydinnerideas #DinnerIdeas #cookwithme #dinner
