As someone who has boated since I was a kid I can attest that when we go out and anchor the phones stay on the boat unless someone has a waterproof pouch. If he had been drinking he might not have been thinking about the phone being on the boat when they left. I have always thought it was racially motivated but that it was more than likely not the friends he went there with.

Idk, they did a forensic enhancement of the SeaTow call and it sounds like to me (allegedly) was all of the kids were intoxicated and for whatever reason Nolan and Wyatt go into a fight, Wyatt shoves Nolan a little too hard and Nolan tips backwards hit the double gear shift thing hard enough to unfortunately end his life(or maybe Wyatt tackled Nolan and they both hit their heads because there was concern for him too). I think they’re all a bunch of stupid kids who (again, allegedly) were all drunk and instead of owning up to what could have just been a terrible accident and dealing with lesser(but still serious) charges they went panic and cover it up mode which has spiraled out of control in such a way that it is shining a blinging spotlight on the blatant corruption throughout all levels of government in MS(and beyond).

This is simply just my thought process maybe because I’m the type of person to bring my phone with me every now, but you’re telling me not a single person thought to put their phone in something waterproof or water resistant and bring it on the island? Idk it just seems too hard to believe that in this world we live in now that no one on that island had a phone taking pictures…. Obviously I wasn’t there and I can imagine they haven’t interviewed everyone on that island because they don’t know who all attended. It’s just fishy all around 😐 people are definitely protecting someone or a group of people that knows what happened

You've definitely made me think and question what I thought happened, and I'm glad for that. I agree that the #1 priority should be a thorough investigation and to find out who is not being honest about what happened to Nolan. My heart breaks for his Mom and the whole family. I cannot imagine losing my son to something like this. Thank you for speaking out, and I hope that he gets justice. What happened to him is just horrific.
