I’m a military spouse… you wouldn’t believe the amount of people that say they hate socialism and then benefit from…socialism. Gov funded housing, healthcare, education etc. like do you really hate it or do you not understand it?

well in Germany im totally ok that I dunno 40% of my salary goes into a system that helps people in difficult situations. I mean if you understand that everyone is like one stroke of fate from losing their health/home/... and it just gives peace of mind. I just don't understand how you can not have healthcare. like what the fck if im sick I go see a doctor and I don't need to be scared of the costs.

Socialism is government using your tax dollars reinvested into education, healthcare, infrastructure, house and social services from people. Spreading the wealth and giving everyone a chance to live a better life. Changing tax codes. Everyone paying the fair share of taxes.

Socialism is the fire truck that comes to your house puts out the fire and charge nothing. Capitalism is the ambulance that takes you to the hospital and charges you out the ass especially if that particular Ambulance is out of network from your insurance company.
