He isn’t switching lanes he is in a lane that merges. He is also not cutting you off, you would be the one at fault if you hit him to block his merge

this merge lane is always a shit spot. it's right off the causeway and during traffic hours it's definitely a slow down. locals know this and move over one lane immediately after getting off William Lehman.
