as someone who used to be part of the "justice" system and walked away when i felt so helpless seeing how terribly it treats the less privileged, I never really considered what I could actively do to help. this has inspired me to actually research and see how I can help

It’s crazy how this happens. I once asked on Facebook if people were more afraid of someone getting falsely convicted or if someone who did do it walking freely and EVERYONE answered they would rather someone be wrongfully convicted, to which I said, so you want someone to be in jail/prison AND the person who did it to be free?? People make no sense!
