Anyone else hate it when they claim a part is “designed to be maintenance free for the life of the engine”. Seems like that’s only true is the designed lifetime of the engine is sub 100k miles? Trust me bro, it’ll be fine!

Rubber timing belt immersed in oil are problem waiting to happen, all the unnecessary maintenance and risk involved to the engine is not acceptable 🇬🇧😔

did they set the timing🤔 coz I didn't see them use a TDC pin or a camshaft locking tool🤔 just saying, replace a timing belt when it's in the vehicle is a whole other job
