@thespiceandspatula: The perfect fall coffee at home. This iced pumpkin spice latte is made with homemade pumpkin syrup, creamy milk and frothed Nescafé coffee. An easy pumpkin coffee for when you want that cozy fall flavor but the weather still says iced coffee. Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte — Makes 2 Frothed Nescafé coffee: 2 tbsp Nescafé instant coffee 2 tbsp sugar 2½ tbsp hot water Froth together until thick and creamy. For each latte: Ice ¾ cup milk 2 tbsp homemade pumpkin spice syrup ½ of the frothed Nescafé coffee Whipped cream Pumpkin pie spice, for topping Fill each glass with ice and add ¾ cup milk. Stir in 2 tbsp homemade pumpkin spice syrup. Divide the frothed Nescafé coffee between the two glasses. Finish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
