Vielen Dank für die Erklärung 😊 Ich habe das Gefühl das die Hinrichtung mit großer Eile durchgeführt werden sollte und dass dadurch geschlampt wurde. Aber warum so eine Hektik? Sollte Pike genesen, dann bin ich dafür das die Strafe in lebenslänglich umgewandelt wird.

I would wonder if they flush, or truly check patency of IV access. I have to agree, I think the IV access was not patent. Allowing subq absorption.

She had purposely dehydrated herself which makes starting IVs difficult and she was known to be a difficult stick.

What about the drugs they use for medical assistance in dying. I know they can’t force someone to swallow pills but they could offer it and I bet most would take it.
