@historyproductions.v2: The reactions of these two countries (Britain and Germany) when encountering tanks. When they first encountered the British Mark I tank at the Battle of the Somme (World War I), German soldiers were gripped by panic and intense fear as their rifle bullets ricocheted off the unfamiliar "iron monsters." Conversely, when British troops first faced the German Tiger I heavy tank during World War II, they experienced a tactical shock and a sense of dread upon realizing that their standard guns could not penetrate the Tiger's frontal armor, forcing them to rapidly alter their combat tactics. #History #ww1 #ww2 #tank #fyp

If only germany had better engines and transmissions but then again even the engines and transmissions they made during the war FAR outclassed the time, GERMAN SCIENCE IS THE WORLDS GREATESTTTT

𝓚❄️🎄 :

the tiger had so many flaws anyways and it only took the allies around 4 months to depict them especially during dday landings when the 3rd reichs flaws became so clear. transmission was shit and any American tank with a 75 mm gun or a British firefly could destroy it so loke the mk 5 was way more terrifying
