idk i have POTS too and i still work but it can be painful so i get it :/ luckily my boss and coworkers are kind to understand that sometimes i may need a breather but i do come in for shifts no matter what and i do stay the whole time, but it is different for everybody and sometimes the pain has made me cry. idk
