Martine :
Sometimes we become strangers once again, but carry memories that remain.
We knew each other in our deepest ways,
shared moments, emotions, nights and days. Silences, laughter, things we couldn’t say, a part of our lives that slowly faded away.
And then comes the day when we pass like strangers,as if all we lived had never been ours to remember.
Yet one strange truth remains : we may not know each other today, but we know what we once meant along the way.
The memories remain, even when the place is gone, asking for nothing, simply carrying on. They become a quiet part of the road we’ve crossed, a chapter of our lives, remembered but not lost.
And perhaps that is what growing means in the end : to keep the beauty of what has been, without needing to live it again.
