Wow, I think I've been doing both but more hiding. I'm not sure what actions to take to ensure that it's resting. Is it ticking things off my list and facing things that I'd rather avoid then resting or taking time out after I face/accomplish things that will move me forward? I don't know😳

I think I do both because I notice that after hiding for a while, I feel mentally, emotionally, and even physically exhausted. I then go into a resting phase for a few days. After resting, I do feel more invigorated.
