so you're telling me that he has the kids the majority of the time and works a full-time job and she wants to sit there and barely work and have the kids half the time is fair no. He's as reasonable as he could possibly be she deserves more responsibility with the kids and with a job.

If the children are with him and she only has them on weekends? Then she needs to be paying him child support! Like to see the rest of this case to see what happened. If the judge orders him to pay her? Then he needs an appeal and hire an attorney.

My friend had to pay her baby daddy. He made less than her. She paid for everything and daughters lived with her. He also was remarried and had two more children. It’s who makes more.

she looks older than him. I think if she's able to work full time and they have 50/50 then why would she get full child support - maybe an offset amount. then if they are older like 16 and above CS won't last long
