It’s so hard to eat well while traveling sometimes. I think you did great. Good old Kanab. Funny story for ya. My husband and I were getting married in Manti. We had driven up from Phoenix to Utah the day before the wedding. Somehow we realized that we did not have our marriage license yet, so we pulled over in Kanab like 5-10 minutes before the county courthouse closed. 😳They were so incredibly nice to accommodate us and give us our wedding license with no notice and right before they were closing. Our families were a little annoyed when they found out how close we had cut it - we would’ve been unable to get married if we hadn’t have been able to get the license the night before, since we were married first thing the next morning. Everybody had traveled from all around to get there, so it would’ve been quite the unfortunate situation otherwise. 😜😂🤣 Forever love the good people at the Kanab County Courthouse who helped a couple of dumb and irresponsible kids get hitched.
