Don’t feel bad 😂 I literally write the information guide for a job, had someone ask a question that I told them could be found in that section of the manual, then blank face told them the exact page and paragraph (off the top of my head) because they had the audacity to say it didn’t exist. I think people are missing the point the video is basically about y’all both being wrong not that one is stupid. As a manager this happens all the time where I’ll teach them something that technically isn’t true but to make it easier for everyone it is like When someone calls about a certain item(we don’t have a system where we can see exact items we have) I pretend to go look for it and say we don’t have it. I taught that to each of the cashiers on purpose to make things easier for all of them so they aren’t wasting time looking for that item.
