Mark is older than Marcion. Most modern biblical scholars date Mark between 70 and 75 CE, right after the destruction of the second temple. The traditional scholars propose mid-50's.

Dood… what’s your argument? You first said Jesus didn’t exist. We have more evidence of his existence then we do of people I’m sure you know walked the earth. Scholars debate particular details and passages, especially parts of Josephus, but Jesus’s existence itself is accepted by the overwhelming majority of specialists in ancient history and early Christianity. Then you go to mark? So is it that particular gospel you have an issue with? What’s your angle bud lol

You're right that we don't have surviving attestation of Mark until after Evangelion, but you're wrong about the order in which they were written. The intertextual relationships between Mark and Ev are consistent with Ev adapting Mark and are much harder to explain the other way around. The reason we don't have surviving attestation of Mark is because early proponents of Mark almost certainly didn't believe Jesus was born on Earth either, so all the early commentaries on Mark were purged for being "heretical" (we know for a fact that something like this happened to many early Christian texts).
