I NEEDED this exact message tonight. I'm so thankful for all the blessings God has given me - my children and God's provisions for my family - but yet there's so much I've lost over the years. So much I yearn for and have fought really hard and bitterly for, but God never allowed me to have it. So tonight I was feeling sorry for myself, throwing a private little pity party, complete with weeping and wondering "why me", and then I opened tiktok. I think I was trying to ignore the Holy Spirit's conviction. This message got to the root of everything. It's Jesus I long for and circle around. I'm a long time believer and secure in my Salvation through Jesus, but I've still been circling, refusing to rest in Him, and blaming Him for it. He's so good and merciful to show me this message. Now I'm crying for a whole new reason. Thank you. ♡

There is no better feeling than when you come to that Rest, after the cares of this world begin to swallow you up. He is so good! Praise God! Side note: How? How do you find this stuff and put it all together? Would like a glimpse into your brain. 🙃❤️

Thank you this is SO good - Ive not heard this taught bf bits & pieces but not the 'threads' of scripture binding it all together creating a picture that comes back to the 'thread of everything' Jesus

You have such a gift for seeing what is hidden from most of us. The intentionally of the bible blows my mind. Each time I read through the Bible I look for a theme, where is Jesus in the old testament, where is Gods love, where are promises, ect. I have never pulled it the way you do. Sometimes I wish I could but I know that is not where my gifting lies. The thread of everything is a perfect title for what you do. I bought your book and look forward to the reading. I wish we would have met somewhere in our careers, but you were probably a West Coast guy and I was East coast. My only West Coast tour was Polar Sea and Polar Star. Your ministry is a blessing and Thank You!

My Father is my resting place. His gift, resting in Him, then His hand hovers over me, then His Spirit lands on me, never to depart --- unless the diagnosis --- ? Isaiah 66 the footstool, pause. God is homesick, and I fling open the door of my heart for Him to rest in me, or I shut the door on the Spirit of God. The resting place for His glory is an open heart. ❤️The staying is determined by His faithfulness, not ours. ❤️

You have made my view of the old testament change dramatically. It helps to have more in depth information and clearer interpretations. Thank you!!

The creation story seems to be a template for the entire history of the world. Chaos, darkness, and imprisonment hoping to get to completeness, fullness, blessing, liberty and rest. Lather, rinse repeat until we get perfect rest, completion and fullness, as in Revelation 21. 😊 Thank you for your insight and stringing these pearls of wisdom together!
