I want to know this: can our mood actually affect our taste of food? may be the day is not that really good and someone's mood whent down, can such make food taste different from the way other with the right mood taste it while eating?

I think alot of it comes down to earning the food, u get in from the gym and that “slop” feels earned

I mean I enjoy meal prep because I don’t have to think. All food is just salt, fat and spices. That is what changes it. I enjoy chicken potato and Brocolli. But it’s also just food. If I want some special, I don’t want to make it because I just want to eat it. But special is a fancy meal, or kfc
