Europa, senior partner of Europa Dacanay Cubelo Law Office, said former Davao City information officer and former Office of the Vice President employee Jeffrey “Jepoy” Tupas was outside the Philippines on several dates cited by dismissed police officer Rodulfo M. Gracioso Jr. Europa, speaking to Davao reporters at his office Friday morning, Oct. 2, said Tupas has records, including airline tickets, passport stamps, and social media posts, that could establish his whereabouts on the dates mentioned in Gracioso’s sworn statement. Gracioso earlier alleged that Tupas received or facilitated the delivery of cash for Vice President Sara Duterte.
