I experienced this when I was a teenager, I'm 36 now. I vividly remember I was floating away from my body, I was laying there, I can see my entire room from above, the same clothes I was wearing, and as I float away, I made it past our roof. I was so scared about what's happening so I kind of like swim back to my body and I woke up. I swear that was not a dream. But I want to experience it again, and I hope I don't panic.
