#jt20h #sinformersurtiktok #etatsunis #christapike

To All Governments Around the World, Including the United States of America, Spain, the United Kingdom, and All Other Nations Without Exception, as Well as International Human Rights Organizations, I am writing this urgent humanitarian appeal as a concerned Iraqi citizen to express my deep concern about the rights safety, and future of Iraqi women and girls in light of the Jafari Personal Status Code and the concerns it has raised regarding women's rights and legal protection. I appeal to every country in the world, without exception, including the United States of America, Spain, the United Kingdom, and all other nations, governments, embassies, and international organizations, to listen to the voices of Iraqi women and recognize the legal and social challenges that may threaten their lives, freedom, and dignity. The Most Urgent Concerns 1. Child Marriage The possibility of allowing girls under the age of 18 to marry raises serious concerns about the loss of their childhood, education, and freedom to choose their own future. Every girl deserves to enjoy a safe childhood, receive an education, and have the opportunity to build a better future without being forced into early marriage. 2. Child Custody The provisions concerning the transfer of child custody and care to fathers under certain circumstances raise serious concerns among mothers about the possibility of being separated from their children. The best interests, safety, emotional well-being, and individual needs of every child must always be the primary considerations in custody decisions. 3. Women's Right to Divorce Restrictions on a woman's ability to seek a divorce may make it difficult for some women to leave abusive marriages or circumstances in which they can no longer remain. Women must have access to justice, effective legal protection, and fair opportunities to end marriages when necessary. 4. Equality and Women's Rights Differences in legal rights between men and women raise concerns about equality, independence, and the ability of women to make decisions about their own lives. Iraqi women deserve laws that protect their dignity, freedom, and fundamental human rights and ensure fair treatment. 5. Protection from Violence and Femicide Violence against women and crimes targeting women require serious international attention and effective legal measures to protect victims and hold perpetrators accountable. No woman should have to live in fear for her life, safety, or future. My Appeal to the International Community I respectfully call upon all countries around the world, without exception, to: - Pay close attention to the human rights situation of Iraqi women and monitor the impact of personal status legislation on their lives. Support efforts to prevent child marriage and guarantee every girl's right to education and a safe childhood. Advocate for fair legal protections that safeguard the rights of mothers and children in custody cases. - Support women's access to divorce, justice, and effective legal protection. Take meaningful action against violence, discrimination, and the killing of women. - Support Iraqi civil society organizations that defend women's rights and provide legal and humanitarian assistance to women in need. Encourage Iraqi authorities to review legal provisions that may conflict with fundamental human rights and Iraq's international obligations. I am not asking for privileges. I am asking for fundamental human rights. I am asking for Iraqi women to live with dignity and safety, to have the freedom to shape their own futures, and to enjoy equal protection, justice, and respect under the law. Iraqi women are not voiceless, they are not without rights, and they should not be left alone to face discrimination, violence, and injustice. Ignoring their suffering may have profound consequences for future generations. To the United States of America, Spain, the United Kingdom, and every country around the world, without exception: Please listen #كلا_للقانون_الجعفري #iraq
