you have look at bigger picture here. if city get away with it lightly then the Premier league will always be tainted. Just look at serie A now in Italy. The Premier league is worth 13 billion each year to uk economy, thats without all other leagues underneath. The result of not hitting city hard will result in way more destruction than we can imagine. cause if uk football goes the super league comes back on the table and football as we know it is gone.
