The black and grey is dated and looks cheap and millennial I’m sorry! The black door, curtain rails, grey fabric furniture, the feature wall in bedroom have to go. Bathroom is lovely

My only qualm are tiled floors, that’s not something dated - I just feel they lack warmth, character and comfort, engineered wood flooring all the way or polished concrete if the home is more industrial or is a climate that needs underfloor heating. Just my personal preference.

you guys are commenting on the wrong things. 4 bedrooms, multimedia room, alfresco + backyard good size living room, big kitchen + pantry, space for coffee section, good size laundry for 225 squares?? is there like no garage?? like this is insane to fit everything, like it looks like a 400m2 house!
