“The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) assures consumers that the current supply of bottled water remains adequate and that there is no need to hoard,” saad ng DTI sa kanilang pahayag. Anila, “The Department will intensify price monitoring and continue to coordinate closely with manufacturers and distributors to ensure a steady supply in the market.” “The DTI will also closely monitor and address complaints regarding the overpricing of plastic drums, water containers, and other related commodities,” dagdag pa nila. “Businesses and sellers are reminded to act responsibly and refrain from taking advantage of the situation through unjustified price increases,” anang ahensya. “The Department will not hesitate to impose the appropriate fines, penalties, and other sanctions against those found to be violating applicable laws and regulations,” diin pa ng DTI. #Balita #SuperElNiño #Water #Supply #DTI @Manila Bulletin
