I’ve called social services twice and spoken to two solicitors. There’s nothing you can do really when it comes to the minor things like day to day decisions. But over time those decisions add up.

CMS financially rewards children being kept from a loving father particularly if they are a high earner ! disgusting system designed to rip children from loving parents to the point that it's a job and paid every month while not working so the incentive is cash not the child's interests or needs !

That’s me. I don’t consider the ex at all. After years of trying to have discussions with them and getting ignored or spoken at (never spoken to) I’ve finally made the decisions that’s best for our child. If that makes me a bad person so be it. My child will always come first

I do have the day because he doesn’t share any responsibility 🫠 he doesn’t even answer his daughters phone calls 🤦♀️she believes she’s done something wrong when in fact he’s a narcissist that wants my reaction which I don’t bite so he can make his bed and lay in it. After 9 months of therapy for her she’s still along way to go 😢 and this will have lasting impact on her future relationships 😟 he doesn’t deserve her 😔

actual he and social services decided that I am not fit to be their mother,becouse I have chron disease, I have depression becouse of them and my ex,I have depression becouse my children were hurt in school ,that affected our situation, me and my children and lawyers need only facts beneficial to kid,but the ex always made my meeting with kids difficult. I am in a Darvo situation

She does. I don’t see my Daughters anymore. Learned behaviour. They are 27 and 25 respectively and I have stepped back due to their toxic behaviour that’s been drip fed to them from a young age . So sad but I’ve had to step back.

Went through hell , court for child arrangements, won the battle due to me conceded on primary school which was out of area, cost £75,000 over 6 years to facilitate my daughter going to that school, comes to secondary school asked for my daughter to come near me to local secondary where her mother went, funny enough after 3 mitigation meetings I lost the battle so now facing another £75,000 in costs to facilitate my daughter’s education. One of the main arguments, She will be going with all her friends,,, ! How many friends went, 1 , are they in the same form NO!!! 🤬

My partners ex moved house and informed him after the move .. she changed their school without his knowledge and has registered the children in her maiden name and when he contacted these schools they didn’t even know of his existence and he had to furnish schools with birth certificates and prove of his ID even though he pays maintenance weekly and they stay with him Friday Saturday and Sunday till 8pm every weekend plus bank holidays returning to their mam on the evening of that Monday .. it is actually disgraceful .. I feel this gives all women a bad deal as I was a single parent to 3 children with had no support from their dad and would have been happy to have their dad’s involvement for their benefit and mental health

A friend of mine, his ex moved their son from one school to another without telling him. He only knew after she made the application for a new school. He learned that she had falsely declared on the school form that all those with parental responsibility had knowledge and were in agreement to the school move. She had lied, she hadn’t got agreement. My friend had to apply for a PSO, to prevent this from happening again.
