Human Disaster :
I used to tell myself “it all feels worse at night, wait until morning and then you can decide if you’re done with this life.” And I did that over and over and over again for 16 years until I finally didn’t have to wait till the sun came out to feel alive. Life is worth living because you’re alive here and now. And it does get better, I thought that was impossible, but it can happen and you deserve it.

'Things got better island' is so real, and I love that perception of it so much. Im 34, and I wish i could reach back in time and tell my younger self that it will be okay, and to try not to fret the things that seem so large but end up just being just a moment years down the line. I guess that's wisdom, isn't it? Learning what battles to pick, not with others, but with yourself. My best piece of advice is to love yourself, even when its hard. And to see yourself in others as often as possible, and it will help you extend love as well.
