@constantinteck: 🧅 Creamy Onion Pasta 🍝 Ingredients – 2 servings: • 250 g farfalle pasta 🍝 • 2 white onions 🧅 • 2 red onions 🧅 • 150 g crème fraîche 🥛 • 1½ tbsp olive oil 🫒 • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar • 1 tsp paprika powder • ½ tsp chili flakes 🌶️ • 1 tsp Italian herbs 🌿 • Salt & black pepper 🧂 Instructions: 1. Slice the onions and add them to a baking dish. 2. Add crème fraîche, olive oil, paprika, chili, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Mix everything together. 3. Bake at 200°C / 390°F for 25–30 minutes, until the onions are soft and lightly caramelized. 4. Meanwhile, cook the farfalle according to the package instructions. 5. Mix the baked onion mixture until smooth and creamy. 6. Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and mix again. 7. Add the cooked farfalle and mix until everything is coated in the creamy onion sauce. 8.
