Bad and hurtful and disgracful comments are not cool and that does not get respect and if customers heard this, I know I would NOT be a customer and paying my money to employee such a disgracful person. And hearing vulgarness or bulling anywhere that I go I would either stand up for these people and I would not spend my $$$ to employee such ugly behavior. These kids have got lives that we have already been through and they go through a lot of things that we have no idea about. Plus they are young and new to the adult world. We need to be as welcoming and professional as we can be and try to help them if they struggle and we see the struggle. I had an adult help me on a few of my jobs to give me a helping hand on figuring some things out that I didn't get on my own and I still hold a special place in my heart for those people helping me to succeed.
