My buddies truck was stolen outside a gas station, was in pursuit for 30 minutes. it sat at the tow yard for 2 days until the police gave the ok to pick up. his radio and exhaust was missing.

When my car got towed in California and I live in Washington because it was stolen and it was taken out of state, they drove it till it ran out of gas. They notified me where my car was because when a car is stolen, it’s reported and it’s not hard for them to run either a license plate or a VIN number, so they probably were in cahoots with whoever stole the car they knew who the owner was and neglected to tell him because 80% of the time people just get a claim check from assurance company

I watched the tow company take my car. They told me they didn’t take it. I had to call the police to get it back then they made me pay storage fee.
