aour hazar kithabaun parr your first point is absolutely correct and others to but they require some explanation. But the exception is that as far what father's got from inheritance he cannot deprived any of those who has the right of inheritance through him while by his own efforts what he got he has the right to even through his will to give share in his inheritance to any if he is even not a relative .

اولاد کا پیدائشی حق ہوتا ہے ۔۔ کسی اولاد کو ضرورت پڑنے پر والدین بیچ کر پیسہ دے سکتے ہیں ،لیکن اگر ان کی نیت وراثت کینکسی بچے بینکوں زیادہ دینے کی ہے تو وہ نہیں دے سکتے ۔۔ ہبہ نہیں کر سکتے لیکن اولاد سستے میں خرید سکتے ہیں۔ شادی کے بعد اولاد وراثت والدین سے طلب بھی کر سکتی ہے ۔۔ بہتر یہ ہے کہ والدین اپنی زندگی میں ہی وراثت تقسیم کر لیں اور اگر خود کو کسی بیٹے بیٹی کے ساتھ رکھنا چاہیئے ہیں تو وہ بھی کر سکتے ہیں ۔۔ آج تک کس کے گھر قران کے مطابق وراثت تقسیم ہوئی۔ اپ اللہ سے پوچھ کر بتائیں
