the first point #diabetes. I think we can move from saying eating lat at night and say eating high calories or being inactive after after meals.
it is believe that a lot of people sleep at night so the food they consume will be converted to glucose which will not be used since most people sleep. how about the one who works throughout the night? will this affect him when he eats at night and continued to work?
on the other hands, someone can be home, eat a whole lot without working yet, they will consume 2-3x meals and even snacks in-between.
I personally believe human beings don't need too much food to survive. I'm a person who eats ones in 24 hrs and I'm still fit. my weight has been between 60kg - 63kg for 15 years. fasting blood sugar is 4.9mmol/L.
