I was severely anemic while I was pregnant and the only thing that I ever wanted to snack on was pellet ice from circle K 😅 So my husband went to get my large cup of ice one night and the polar pop machine was closed, when he called and told me I started sobbing and said okay. 20 minutes later he shows up with my cup of pellet ice.. my sweet socially awkward introverted husband went back into the gas station and BEGGED the cashier to open the machine just for ice because that’s the only thing his pregnant wife would eat. That gas station gave that man free ice the rest of my pregnancy and I still think about that every time he irritates me 🤣

If you’re worried about your sugars dropping get individual honey straws. If you feel low blood sugar, squeeze one in between your gum and your cheek, let it soak and it will increase your sugar and give you sustain sugar until you can get to a meal.

I too always had a snack bag with me!! It really helps when you start feeling all weird. And gummy bears helped with nausea idk why.
