We start by surrounding the fridge with a custom unit featuring dedicated shelves for rice and oil a pull-out shelf for the rice cooker and top cupboards for large pots. Next to it we fit a slim pull-out pantry column for dry ingredients and a built-in wall niche for oils and seasonings. Beneath the hob deep drawers with built-in dividers organise plates and bowls while a pull-out wire basket keeps fresh fruit and vegetables handy. Above a drop-down rack brings spices down to eye level for easy access.
