First off, he lined because you cannot. I read somebody for not signing a ticket. You have a copy, he has a copy matter. Fact, you have the original that goes to the courthouse. Once that goes to the courthouse, and he decides that he don't wanna show up for the court day or he don't wanna pay it. Then, that's when the court, the judge will take upon himself to issue a warrant for his arrest. Not only that, it will be that he will have to pay more for the late fee. In everything, secondly, you have no right to tow. His car because he has wheels on his vehicle. That is the law, if he would have been smart about it. And called your supervisor he would have been told that he cannot threaten somebody by putting them in jail because they will not sign a paper that is not the law. And that's just simple. Now he gonna lose his job and probably be fired. Because he's a black man, bulland and going above his authority. When it's not necessary, so that is the love in the constitutional law
