Mine was £17k! I had an ETF I shares S&P top 20 ucits. i set a stop loss at £4.20 and it was sat at £4.78. Then out of nowhere someone somehow did a trade at £2.56 and it triggered my stop loss and Hargreaves sold all my shares at £2.56. There was no record on any other site of the trade at £2.56. the daily range on Hargreaves stayed between £4.77 and £4.78. I contested it with Hargreaves as I thought it was a system fault and they said it's normal for ETF to swing wildly.
