So, what I always try to achieve - not always successfully though - is, to collect a lot of information and data, so the conflicting parts get silent, one after the other. Because I am the Shaolin Master of self- sabotage, thus, I kind of have to convince myself that the thing I intend to do is in fact the best possible thing to do. as an AuDHD person I understand the conflict of wanting to act but being afraid to. it doesn't have to be all in one go though. can do things at a comfortable pace.
