Yousaf Jan Funny interview 😂😅🤪 #funny #pashto #yousaf #jan #interview
Most of us think of cardio as the gold standard for long-term health. In this conversation, Dr. John Hawley offers a perspective that might make you reconsider the balance. Peak muscle mass arrives somewhere in your mid-thirties. After that, it's a slow decline — roughly 1% per year after 50. And then it accelerates. By the time someone reaches their sixties or seventies, the losses can become dramatic. Dr. Hawley makes this personal. His father, a former soccer player turned dedicated runner, was cardiovascularly in incredible shape well into his seventies. But at 75, he couldn't get out of a chair. The marathon runner's build — lean, with little muscle mass to speak of — had caught up with him. Looking back, Dr. Hawley's advice would have been simple: less running, more resistance exercise. Cardio matters. But it may not be enough on its own. Tune into the full conversation, out now on all major streaming platforms. ▶️ youtube.com/@The.Living.Room.Podcast
