great points and I think being secure underpins all of them. stubborness stems from insecurity and is the trait holding so many people back. processing emotions, showing them, accepting criticism, taking ownership, making mistakes, learning from them etc. and the hard part? that all takes vulnerability which many men were never allowed to be as kids so struggle being as an adult
