I always say “I’m not keeping a running log against you, I’ve been trying to let it go” because I know it’s happening and I know I’ll remember later but it’s not fair in the moment that they get to win because my memory is panicking

I write it in my notes now for this reason 😂 now I can refer to my notes with dates and times and full statements written directly afterwards 😂

I HATE it when my husband insists on "proof" like dont do this, I have short-term memory I remember that ive felt like this before, but I dont remember when 😭 it makes me feel crazy

my ex did this constantly, I started taking notes and dates, then when I finally gave him an exact date and time etc. he got SO mad 💀, they only do it to manipulate you nothing else, to make you feel like youre crazy and overexaggerating
