@maxi.sensa: 🚨 UPDF DISMISSES MABONGA’S SAFEHOUSE CLAIMS The UPDF has dismissed viral allegations by Lt. Herbert Matanda Mabonga as “unsubstantiated rubbish”, accusing him of using forged documents, doctored images and fabricated claims targeting the army, CDF Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba and President Museveni. Col. Chris Magezi, Acting Director of Defence Public Information, said Mabonga is a deserter who went AWOL after failing to report for a November 2025 transfer to Mountain Infantry Division HQ in Fort Portal. Magezi also said Mabonga faces separate charges over alleged extortion and land-title forgery. Mabonga recently released videos and documents alleging that secret military safehouses in Entebbe were used for torture, enforced disappearances and targeting political opponents.
