Multi-skilling? I agree. But Uganda has a bigger problem. Education, productivity and pay are no longer aligned. A university degree does not guarantee a better life. We have more graduates than good jobs. Many end up in low-paid, informal or insecure work. Uganda needs more productive businesses and better-paying jobs. Education should create opportunity. It should not leave young people overqualified and underpaid. The real question is simple: Can our economy turn education into decent incomes and real economic mobility?
