Sharon Jacks was scheduled to have her cancer-affected right leg amputated in September 2025. According to the lawsuit, the surgical team instead removed her left leg. Her attorneys allege the correct leg had been marked before surgery and that the marking remained visible afterward. Jacks later underwent another surgery to remove her right leg, leaving her a double amputee. Memorial Health System has acknowledged that an avoidable surgical error occurred and said established operating-room procedures were not followed. Yes the dentist wanted to crown th wrong tooth and was arguing with me becouse the system recorded a wrong one. I can only imagine if I wasn’t alert😳
