Bossu, honestly, this whole thing is becoming too much for me ooo. Because of these papers, my salary has been suspended for almost 9 months now. Imagine working for almost 9 months without receiving a single salary. 😔 I applied for the reactivation of my salary and, after enduring 8 months without any money, I decided to personally follow up. Only to be told that my name had already been submitted for payment in June, but they couldn’t find my documents to work on. I went to the GES Head Office, and they assured me the documents had been forwarded to Controller for payment. I rushed to Controller with hope that finally the issue would be resolved, only to get there and realize that my documents could not be found there too. 😩 What is really painful is that after all these months of suffering and moving from one office to another, they are still asking me to bring another set of papers. Bossu, honestly, I don’t even know what else to do again. The frustration is too much. I’m working, reporting to school and doing everything expected of me, but I’ve gone almost 9 months without salary. 💔
