I don’t do refund, and if the situation is too complicated at the customer’s end, I will collect 20% and this is agreeable b4 we proceed the deal…. So if eventually u wanna take legal actions, I have my prove of deal…. And if price increases b4 u finish payment, u will add different and if price reduces b4 u complete payment, I Dey refund small tin to customer….
