Let me say this, education is important for self awareness.I tried to buy me an acre of beach land and after extensive research, it turned out that, no one owns beach land in Ghana. its all for the government and this is all documented in Legislative Instrument (LI) way back from Kwame Nkrumah's time, so its sad but Ya'll need to do some home work before setting up business at the beach. Labadi beach hotel and La palm Royal are government projects and thats why they there and ya'll got to go. Research before buying or putting up any structure at the beach... Bro, Sad, yes but Ya'll should know what the law says before selling or leasing the lands. From Kwame Nkrumah's time when the Legislative Instrument was passed. La beach hotel and la palm are government properties but then, do you see them irrecting structures on the beach from? You tell me...
