🍋🍗 Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe – Juicy, Buttery & Full of Flavor! 😍 Ingredients: 🍗 500g boneless chicken breast 🧂 1 tsp salt 🖤 1 tsp black pepper 🧄 1 tsp garlic powder 🧅 1 tsp onion powder 🌶️ 1 tsp paprika (optional) 🌾 ½ cup all-purpose flour 🫒 2 tbsp olive oil 🧈 2 tbsp butter 🧄 4 garlic cloves, minced 🍋 3 tbsp lemon juice 🍋 1 tsp lemon zest 🍲 ¼ cup chicken broth (optional) 🌿 2 tbsp fresh parsley Instructions: 1️⃣ Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. 2️⃣ Coat lightly with flour, shaking off the excess. 3️⃣ Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet. Pan-fry chicken for 4–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until golden and fully cooked (165°F/74°C). Remove and set aside. 4️⃣ In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds. 5️⃣ Add lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, and chicken broth if desired. Simmer briefly. 6️⃣ Return chicken to the skillet and coat generously with the lemon butter sauce. 7️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve hot! 🍋💛 ✨ Tip: Don't burn the garlic, and use freshly cracked black pepper for the best flavor! Would you serve it with rice 🍚 or mashed potatoes 🥔?
