As for art for the wall you should go look at thrift stores and places with local artists and just get whatever really speaks to you! Get something special and not just something aesthetic!

what about maybe centering the bar cabinet on the wall it’s on? could make art placement easier/more flexible, and then in the little gap there’d be room for a floor lamp with a narrow base and interesting/sculptural shade that frames that area a bit
