Sometimes, clarity comes from DOING. 🎯 Start with a few foundation tools that are useful across many VA roles: 1️⃣ Google Workspace — Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail & Calendar 2️⃣ ChatGPT — research, brainstorming, drafting & organizing information 3️⃣ Slack — client and team communication 4️⃣ Trello / Asana / ClickUp — tasks, deadlines & project management 5️⃣ Zoom / Loom — meetings, onboarding & screen recordings You don’t need to master all of them. Learn the basics. Explore. Practice. Use them. Then once you start identifying the niche that fits you, saka ka mag-focus sa specialized tools needed for that role. Social Media VA? You may eventually learn Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, etc. Bookkeeping VA? QuickBooks or Xero. REVA? CRM and real-estate-specific tools.
