I got a case that businessman was held in scammer office for hours and his money was taken away by force. With the help of the neighbourhood people he then manage to get his money back thru many trials and blockage. Despite he report this case to the police they never charge them. And when these scammer got another scamming case then SPF took actions. You can have all the laws but when SPF deem it’s a commercial dispute then it’s not scam already
