the second he said "you're not leaving" that is technically kidnapping. that's the way the law is written. I don't know what state this is, but in California its a 25k dollar bail. this dude is a major problem. leave him immediately and don't look back.

what took him to jail that's bs he wasnt keeping her from leaving he wanted his daughter that not right she should of went to jail to for holding the baby hostage....I am completely for the man ...I am a woman an I feel men should have rights just like the mom unless he was hurting the child or didn't take care of the baby..so tired of the woman always taking the kids it hurts the dad just as much as the mom he he tried to take the kid an leave
